Alfriston School in Beaconsfield invites applications for a School Support Assistant to join our Orchard Provision. The role supports students with complex learning, communication, sensory and emotional needs, helping them access a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

You will provide tailored support in classrooms and small-group interventions, promote positive behaviour, and assist with personal care where required, contributing to students’ development and wellbeing.

About this Role

Role: School Support Assistant, OrchardProvision

Salary: Bucks Pay Range 1-2 ISN 6-15 (dependingon experience) £24,836-£28,742 pro rata, actual salary £18,627-£21,556 perannum

Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only (39 Weeks)

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (Monday-Thursday8.30am-4.30pm Friday 8.30-4.00pm)

StartDate: November 2026
