Job summary

Unsted Park School is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the therapy team, working with a multi-disciplinary group to support pupils with complex needs. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with therapists and other professionals to deliver tailored interventions.

Experience with ASD and a background in special educational needs are valued, with safeguarding checks required. The position supports flexible, hybrid working in a caring, career‑advancing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people with ASD, ideally in an educational setting.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks and DBS clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to identify the scope and nature of individual pupil needs.
• Lead and support group and/or individual therapy sessions as part of the therapy plan.
• Manage and review an assigned caseload to meet timescales.
• Work with young people with ASD and other needs, in an education setting, in a supportive, collaborative environment.
