Shaw Education Trust is seeking a reliable Site Technician to join our school team. You will care for the site daily, secure premises, monitor systems, and perform minor repairs, cleaning and setting up spaces to keep the school welcoming and safe for pupils.

The role requires a practical, proactive individual who can work independently and flexibly, under senior guidance, contributing to a nurturing, high-standards environment across the Trust’s schools.

Formación

• Reliable, practical and proactive with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day care of the school site and ensure premises are safe and welcoming.
• Secure premises and monitor heating, lighting and alarms.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance, minor repairs and decorating.
• Set up and move furniture and manage waste and consumables.
• Respond to spillages, blockages and adverse weather conditions.
• Support the smooth running of the school and promote wellbeing and safety of pupils.
