Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage academy premises and site to protect health, safety and security of pupils, staff, parents, Trustees, contractors and visitors
• Carry out routine maintenance, security checks and health and safety checks
• Respond to site emergencies as necessary
• Provide caretaking and site maintenance routines, including room layouts and clearing excessive litter
• Liaise with stakeholders across the school
• Facilitate use of school facilities by community and commercial users
