Job summary

Corpus Christi Catholic Primary Academy is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and security of the school site. The role covers premises management, health and safety compliance, contractor liaison and supervising cleaning and caretaking staff.

The successful candidate will support the school's Catholic ethos, pass an enhanced DBS check and have the right to work in the UK. The post is full-time, 37 hours per week across 52 weeks, with a split shift.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Experience in site or facilities management is preferred.
• Ability to work on own initiative and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance, management and security of the school site.
• Oversee premises maintenance and health and safety compliance.
• Manage contractors and supervise cleaning and caretaking staff.
• Follow school policies to safeguard pupils and support education.
