Job summary

Baden-Powell & St. Peter’s CE Junior School is seeking a reliable Site Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Working with the Site Manager and Operations Manager, you will help keep the site safe, secure, clean and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. This varied role includes assisting with site security, health and safety checks, minor repairs, setting up for school events, porterage duties and general maintenance across the school.

Qualifications

• Practical DIY and maintenance skills.
• Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Understand safeguarding and site security.
• Able to undertake the physical aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site security and health and safety checks.
