Job summary

Derby Moor Spencer Academy is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to ensure the security, maintenance, cleanliness and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained to Spencer Academies Trust standards.

In this role you will provide effective line management of site staff and cleaning teams, report to the Facilities Manager and support the academy's delivery of a safe, welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or site management.
• Ability to manage premises and support staff effectively.
• Commitment to safeguarding and safe learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective site management to ensure security, maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Be responsible for premises decisions following discussion with Facilities Manager.
• Provide line management of site staff and cleaning team in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
