Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking a dedicatedCaretaker/Handyman for a school project in Enfield. You will be responsible for opening and locking up the site, carrying out general maintenance and ensuring the site is safe, secure and presentable.

Key duties include basic maintenance, minor repairs, keeping the area clean and reporting issues promptly. DBS enhanced checks are mandatory due to the school location, and you will work on a site-wide support basis with the site team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caretaker, handyman or similar role.
• Good general maintenance skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently.
• Enhanced DBS check is essential due to the project being based within a school.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the site.
• Carry out general caretaking duties.
