Responsibilities

• Provide consistent 1:1 and small group support for pupils.
• Support with the delivery of Educational Health Care Plans.
• Encourage emotional wellbeing and communication development.
• Communicate clearly with teachers and external professionals.
• Support personal care needs including Moving and Handling.
