Job summary

City Of Doncaster Council is hiring a School Resource Business Partner to provide strategic oversight, professional leadership and operational support across a group of schools. You will work with Headteachers, School Resource Managers and the central team to advise and improve business services across the Trust.

You will implement consistent processes, build capacity and coach school teams, while providing hands-on support during transitions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business management within education.
• Ability to lead across multiple schools and work with Heads and central teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational compliance and process improvement.

Responsibilities
