Job summary

KICK is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain high standards of delivery across UK schools and communities. You will lead observations, provide feedback, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement with the Quality Team.

You will line manage Senior Coaches, promote best practice, and contribute to strategic growth while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and line management experience.
• Experience working in school environments or with youth.
• Track record improving teaching, coaching, mentoring or training.
• Understanding of Ofsted frameworks and standards.
• Experience developing staff training and CPD programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and leadership to Senior Coaches.
• Observe, quality assure and feedback on delivery across services.
• Deliver organisation-wide CPD across annual training days.
• Create PE and Dance curriculum resources for schools.
• Lead London schools cover planning and staffing.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff retention.
