KICK is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and enhance standards of delivery across schools and communities in the UK. You will lead Senior Coaches, oversee staff development, and ensure high-quality practice while embodying the organisation's values and Christian ethos.

You will plan observations, deliver constructive feedback, and support recruitment, onboarding and retention in collaboration with the Quality Team.

Qualificações

• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Experience working within school environments and supporting young people.
• Proven track record of improving quality of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and/or training practice.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and standards.
• Experience supporting young people to make positive progress academically, socially, emotionally, or behaviourally.
• Experience planning, delivering, and evaluating staff training and development programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full line management and leadership to Senior Coaches, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Champion KICK values and drive a culture of excellence.
• Contribute to strategic vision for growth of services across the UK.
• Coordinate staff observations with quality targets and standards.
• Observe and quality assure delivery across services; provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead formal lesson observations and developmental feedback to staff.
