Job summary

St Bart's Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Nantwich Primary Academy, is seeking a dedicated premises manager to maintain a safe, well‑ordered school site. You will security checks, oversee cleaners, manage repairs, and coordinate lettings, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

The successful candidate will work with a supportive Senior Leadership Team, be responsible for energy systems, alarms, CCTV, and regular maintenance schedules, and you will handle basic cash for

Qualifications

• Experience in premises maintenance and safety compliance.
• Ability to supervise cleaning and site staff.
• Experience with routine repairs and lettings coordination.

Responsibilities

• Secure school buildings and respond to out-of-hours issues.
• Oversee heating, lighting, CCTV and alarms, and arrange repairs.
• Monitor stock, ordering of supplies and budgets for maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance contractors and ensure work meets standards.
