Job summary

New Bridge Pathways, part of the New Bridge Multi Academy Trust, is seeking a Site Supervisor to join the Premises Team in Oldham. The post covers maintenance, security and safety duties across the campus, with a part-time 20-hour pattern and full-year contract.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate reliability, teamwork and proactive problem solving. The role remains based at New Bridge Pathways, with potential duties at other sites within the MAT.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrying out maintenance and daily repairs (painting, decorating, plumbing, carpentry, tiling).
• Experience unlocking/locking buildings, acting as key holder, responding to call-outs.
• Experience monitoring fire safety equipment and assisting with drills.
• Experience in stock control and ordering janitorial materials (soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Proactive, hardworking, organized with a focus on development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities and equipment.
• Ensure access control and respond to security calls.
• Monitor fire safety equipment and assist with drills.
• Conduct daily checks related to Legionella and safety.
• Manage stock and order consumables; liaise with line manager.
