Band D (£28,371 - £32,909) - 37 hours a week / Full-time

Monday to Thursday: 7.15am - 10.30am and 2pm - 6.15pm
Friday: 7.15am - 10.15am and 2.15pm - 6.15pm

Permanent (required To Start As Soon As Possible)

Our Lady of Compassion School is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be approachable, possess good interpersonal skills, and be committed to supporting the children in our care. Experience in a school environment and responsibility for maintaining safe, clean premises are essential.

The successful candidate will:

• Support the values and ethos of Our Lady of Compassion School
• Have experience working in a school environment
• Be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and security of the school premises, including buildings and grounds
• Identify, evaluate, and minimize risks to health, safety, and security
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Establish effective communication with staff and professionals
• Recognize and utilize personal strengths to support others
• Participate in training and development activities
• Work independently and reflectively
• Collaborate effectively with staff
