Job summary

Qualifications

• Good awareness of premises and safety issues and able to respond to hazards.
• A working knowledge of statutory policies and legislation.
• Holds a clean driving licence.
• Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with staff (at all levels), students and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and caretaking activities on a daily basis to aid the smooth running of the school.
