Job summary

Richmond Hill School in Luton is seeking a part-time Premises Manager for the East site to uphold safety, security, cleanliness and high standards across facilities. You will coordinate with contractors and ensure statutory obligations are met, while applying proactive problem solving and DIY maintenance skills.

The role requires initiative, flexibility and the ability to lift and carry as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with Health & Safety practices in a school setting.
• Practical DIY and maintenance skills.
• Ability to lift and carry as part of the job.
• Own transport and reliable, trustworthy.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain premises to a high standard of safety, security, cleanliness and tidiness.
• Liaise with external contractors to meet statutory obligations.
• Manage health and safety compliance across the site.
• Work hours: 7-11am and 3-6:30pm daily (timings flexible).
