Khulisa is a rapidly growing youth mental health charity seeking a School Partnerships Lead to grow our school and multi-academy trust partnerships. This is a school-focused business development and sales role with ownership and autonomy.
You will generate leads, manage a CRM, deliver pitches and partnerships, travel to schools across London and the North West, and work in a hybrid setup with flexible hours.

Khulisa is a rapidly growing, award-winning youth mental health charity supporting young people aged 11-18 who have experienced adversity and trauma. We work with schools to improve young people's wellbeing, resilience and emotional regulation, helping them stay in school and overcome barriers to learning.
We are looking for a School Partnerships Lead to drive the growth of our school and multi-academy trust (MAT) partnerships.
This is a school-focused business development and sales role with real ownership and autonomy. You will manage opportunities from initial lead through to signed partnership, building relationships with senior education leaders, generating new income, and ensuring Khulisa reaches its growth and impact targets for Khulisa.

This is a hybrid role.The post holder will be able to work from home or from our London office, but must be available for regular travel to schools, events and other stakeholder meetings across London and the North West of England.
We're looking for someone with experience in business development, sales or partnerships, who enjoys building relationships and turning opportunities into results.
You’ll be:
Experience selling to schools, MATs or other education organisations would be particularly valuable. Experience in a charity, social enterprise or other purpose-led organisation would also be an advantage.
