Job summary

Stubbin Wood School is seeking a School Resource Manager to lead its operational and business services across finance, procurement, HR, estates compliance, marketing and information governance. This role heads the business support team and works with a Trust-wide network to ensure consistent service quality.

The post is term-time, 37 hours per week plus four days, with support from a School Resource Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of operational and business services so that systems and support functions run effectively and in line with Trust expectations
• Oversee finance across the school
• Oversee procurement
• Oversee HR processes
• Oversee estates compliance
• Oversee marketing and communications
• Oversee information governance
• Oversee administration
• Manage, direct and develop the school's business support team
• Support the Headteacher and senior leaders with operational planning and delivery of strategic priorities
• Work with the wider Trust business services network and central team to ensure consistency, compliance and service quality
