Compass Community Limited is seeking an Education Business Support Officer to help run the school’s non-teaching operations and support staff, pupils and families. The role sits between office staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and strong service delivery.

You’ll manage school systems, safeguard data, support the Headteacher, coordinate facilities, and handle communications with parents.

Are you a highly organised with a passion for supporting education? Compass Community is seeking a dedicated School Operations Officer to ensure the smooth running of our School’s non-teaching operations. This is a pivotal role, sitting between office staff and senior leadership, where you’ll make a real difference to our staff, pupils, and families.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in a social care, education or regulatory setting.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with compliance processes, audits or data reporting (desirable).
