Horizon Teachers are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a welcoming primary school in Enfield. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the school operates efficiently, safely and effectively on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, facilities and maintenance, managing administrative functions and budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliant policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or business management.
• Experience in school/education setting is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors and suppliers.
• Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of children.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school
• Managing administrative and support functions
• Overseeing premises, facilities and maintenance
• Managing contractors, suppliers and external services
• Supporting budget management, purchasing and financial administration
