You will bridge HR, finance and admin, delivering precise, compliant processes and hands-on support to staff, families and visitors.

• Experience working in a school environment preferred.
• Understanding of safeguarding and GDPR requirements.
• Ability to automate and optimise administrative workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly financial reconciliation and procurement to ensure best value.
• Maintain SCR readiness and complete pre-employment/safeguarding checks accurately.
• Support HR recruitment via MyNewTerm and manage school communications.
• Manage reception, event logistics and policy updates.
• Provide hands-on operational support across school activities.
