About the Role

This school is looking for a proactive and highly organised School Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of the school. This key role ensures the smooth and efficient running of the office, providing essential support to staff, students, and parents while maintaining professionalism and compliance with school policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the school office, ensuring efficient administrative support.
  • Manage and coordinate office staff, delegating tasks to optimise workflow.
  • Maintain and update school records, including admissions, attendance, and student information.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Manage financial administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and procurement processes.
  • Support HR functions, including payroll coordination, recruitment, and staff record management.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies.
