Job description

Applications are invited for the post of School Office Administrator within the Office of the School of Clinical Medicine.

This varied and dynamic role provides vital administrative support across all divisions of the School Office. You will contribute to a wide range of activities and projects that directly impact both the School Office and the wider School Departments.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, capable of working effectively with colleagues at all levels within the School, across the University, and with external partners. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You should be comfortable managing your own workload independently, able to prioritise tasks, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Initiative and a proactive approach within agreed parameters are key to success in this role.
