Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a passionate food professional to lead educational initiatives across the Ealing school contract, supporting 57 primary schools. The role combines food, nutrition, sustainability and hospitality to deliver engaging workshops for children.

You will work with schools, parents, clients and kitchen teams to enhance food quality, drive menu development and promote healthy eating habits through practical learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Educational background with understanding of food and nutrition.
• Experience delivering engaging workshops, presentations and interactive activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for working with children and promoting healthy eating.

Responsibilities

• Lead food-focused educational initiatives across the ISS Ealing school contract.
• Deliver workshops, assemblies and practical learning experiences for primary schools and parents.
• Support menu development and content to drive school meal uptake.
• Develop client-specific menus and cycles, including picture and front-facing menus.
• Collect feedback through meetings and school councils to inform improvement.
• Expand hospitality offerings through training and promotion of staff meals.
• Work with area managers, nutritionists and kitchen teams to improve food quality.
