Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a motivated Practice Teacher/Clinical Educator (School Nursing) to join our Integrated Healthy Families Team across Nottinghamshire County, with a negotiable base and support to wider districts as part of the Practice Teacher team.

You will assess, teach and evaluate learning, develop education programmes, and collaborate with HEIs to develop expert community clinicians in a leadership capacity to meet changing population needs.

Qualifikationen

• 1st level Registration with current NMC registration.
• Specialist qualification in Community Public Health School Nursing.
• PG/Cert IPPE/NMC recorded qualified teacher or Practice Teacher module 7 or equivalent to masters level.
• NMC registered Nurse Prescriber V100 or V150.
• Evidence of further professional development.

Aufgaben

• Manage base discipline-specific team to meet resident needs, promote self-care and health/wellbeing.
• Supervise, develop and support other professionals and staff.
• Assess and monitor competency to maintain quality services.
• Teach qualified and unqualified staff.
• Collaborate with managers to develop services addressing changing population needs.
• Support HEIs in practical development of nurses undertaking postgraduate education and ensure learning is evidence-based.
