Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Practice Teacher/Clinical Educator (Health Visiting) to join our Integrated Healthy Families Team based across Nottinghamshire. The role combines community-based practice with education, assessment, and development of staff and student clinicians.

You will lead learning initiatives, work with managers and HEIs to deliver the 0-19 Healthy Child programme, supervise colleagues, and promote best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in health visiting or public health nursing.
• Ability to develop education programmes and supervise staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, teach, and evaluate learning within community settings.
• Develop education programmes with HEI partners.
• Supervise and mentor staff, maintain competency.
• Support preceptorship and safeguarding.
