This unique School Nurse role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality clinical support in a specialist school setting. You'll work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility, supporting children with complex health needs.

Responsibilities as a School Nurse:

• Provide compassionate, expert care to children with SEND and PMLD
• Collaborate with staff and families to ensure holistic support
• Deliver complex care (tracheostomy, ventilator and enteral feeding experience is desirable but not essential)
• Contribute to health planning, medication management, and training
• Support health promotion and immunisation initiatives

• Monday to Friday, 37.5 p/w – no weekends
