Job summary

The Society of Heads is seeking an experienced bus driver with a current PSV license (D1) to support the Facilities team, pupils, staff, visitors and school users. This role operates during term time plus, with a minimum of 25 hours per week and routes allocated by the School.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-school driving, daily vehicle checks, tachograph use, and maintaining vehicle hygiene. PSV/CPC qualifications and Category D Licence are required, with annual licence renewals as

Qualifications

• PSV trained with valid CPC qualifications.
• Category D Licence is required.
• Tachographs awareness and use in all vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive routes for pupils as allocated by the School.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults.
• Ensure pupils board safely and wear seatbelts.
• Keep bus clean inside and out and maintain records.
