Job summary

ISC group in Wisbech seeks an experienced bus driver with a current PSV D1 license to join the Facilities team. You will drive term-time routes, support pupils and staff, and ensure safe, reliable transport for all school users.

This role includes pre- and post-school shifts with early mornings and late afternoons, plus daily vehicle checks and adherence to the transport policy. CPC qualifications and tachograph knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold PSV trained status with current CPC qualifications.
• Tachographs fitted in each vehicle and used appropriately.
• Operator Licence (O) compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive term-time routes as scheduled, 5 days a week with 25+ hours minimum.
• Perform pre- and post-school vehicle checks and record results.
• Ensure pupil safety: doors open/close, belts fastened, bags stowed.
• Keep bus clean inside and out and follow transport policy.
