Job summary

Brighton College is seeking a Minibus Driver on a term-time basis to transport pupils safely to and from campus. You will work under the Transport Manager, supporting punctual departures and maintaining high vehicle standards.

The role requires a full, clean UK D1 Minibus licence (category D desirable), strong communication and time-management skills, and a proactive, flexible attitude when working with young people. Salary £16.18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK D1 Minibus Licence required.
• Category D licence desirable.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to work with young people and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive College minibus as required.
• Carry out pre- and post-journey checks.
• Ensure passengers are safe and comfortable.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside/outside.
• Attend to other reasonable requests.
