Job summary

The Glasgow Academy in Glasgow is seeking a reliable School Mini-Bus Driver for term-time operation. You will transport pupils to and from campus on designated routes each school day, ensuring a safe and friendly journey.

Hours are 24 per week, Monday to Friday, with an additional ad-hoc 3 hours on Mondays this academical year. Salary is £16,668, and we require a full, clean UK D1 driving licence and PVG clearance. Prior similar experience and safeguarding awareness are desirable.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK D1 driving licence.
• PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the school mini bus on designated routes in the morning and afternoon.
• Monitor and respond to messages in the designated WhatsApp group.
