Job summary

Outwood Academy Normanby is seeking a dedicated Student Support professional to co-ordinate the Learning Resource Centre. The role focuses on driving literacy standards, promoting research skills, and fostering a lifelong love of reading among students, staff and the wider community.

The post is based at the academy, with a 37-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) during term time plus 5 additional days. Start date is as soon as possible and the salary is Grade 6, SCP 12-14.

Salary (Actual Salary):Grade 6, SCP 12-14 (£24,872 - £25,692)

Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week,Monday - Friday 8-4pm,Term Time Plus 5 days

The overall purpose of this post is to manage the effective running of the LRC, ensuring it is an attractive, effective, and accessible resource for use by students, staff and community programmes.
