As a School Liaison & Marketing Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in building strong connections with local schools, colleges, and sixth forms - creating exciting events and promotions to support student recruitment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Forge strong relationships with schools, colleges, and sixth forms, offering guidance and advice
• Be a brand ambassador - representing the organisation’s values to students, parents, and educators
• Develop tailored communications to engage schools at key times in the academic year
• Plan and lead impactful engagement events such info evenings, careers fairs, taster days, and assemblies
• Deliver presentations to captivate and inform students about their opportunities
• Support high-profile events - open days, apprenticeship awards, parent evenings, and festivals
• Collaborate with internal teams to create dynamic materials and marketing strategies
• Leverage social media and digital platforms for innovative outreach (ensuring GDPR compliance)
• Monitor and evaluate success, refining strategies for greater engagement
