Job summary

Derbyshire Catering Service is recruiting a Catering Supervisor for Curbar Primary School. You will lead the school kitchen team, overseeing daily preparation, cooking, service and clerical duties through a digital management system, with emphasis on health and food safety compliance.

Ideally you will have NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent experience, plus solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Basic Food Hygiene Level 2. Starting salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and Basic Food Hygiene Level 2.
• Experience with clerical duties via a digital management system.
