Brooke Weston Trust is seeking an Assistant Chef to support the delivery of nutritious, appetising meals for pupils and staff. You will join the Head Chef and the catering team, contributing to a welcoming, efficient dining environment and ensuring high standards of food safety and service.

This hands-on role involves food preparation, service delivery and potential menu delivery, stock control and busy-period support, with a focus on wellbeing and learning outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or kitchen experience.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist with menu delivery, stock control and the smooth running of the catering service during busy periods.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Work closely with Head Chef and catering team to provide nutritious meals for pupils and staff.
