Job summary

Berkeley Scott is recruiting in Northampton (NN1) for a September start as a School Kitchen Porter, paying £12.71–£14.00 per hour. Work in a busy school kitchen with a friendly team, maintaining cleanliness and organisation.

Require Enhanced DBS, Food Safety Level 2, and Food Allergen certificates (or willingness to obtain), plus two references. Weekly pay and ongoing opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• DBS certificate is required.
• Food Safety Level 2 certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Food Allergen Certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Two professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised throughout the day.
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
• Disposing of waste and recycling in line with site procedures.
• Following food hygiene, allergen and health & safety regulations at all times.
