Job summary

This role supports the chefs with basic food prep, operates the industrial dishwasher and maintains equipment cleanliness. There is free on-site parking and a Monday–Friday schedule on a term-time plus contract.

Qualifications

• Kitchen Porter experience preferred but not essential.
• Organisation skills required.
• Good verbal English is expected.
• Good written English and reading skills.
• Experience in customer and/or food preparation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen hygienic and safe to high standards.
• Assist Chefs with some food preparation.
• Operate industrial dishwasher.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times.
