Impact Food Group in the UK is seeking a Cook Manager for Lowes Wong Junior School in Soutwell. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–2:30pm (35 hours/week) across 39 weeks per year, with a salary of £24,080 per annum.

It is a hands-on management position delivering fresh, seasonal meals to pupils. You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, plan menus, control stock, and uphold high hygiene standards while liaising with onsite clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering environments.
• Skilled in preparing fresh, seasonal food.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with pride in maintaining high standards.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
