Chartwells is seeking an experienced chef to organise and supervise a school unit, ensuring high-quality catering in line with Compass Group UK&I standards and regulatory requirements.

You will manage preparation, cooking and service, optimise stock and resources, and lead a small team. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate and at least 2 years of catering experience are required. The role offers a term-time schedule with a full-time salary and benefits.
