Vertas Group is seeking a School Chef to join our catering team at Rivendell Flying High Academy. Based in NG14 5HH, this on-site role involves leading the kitchen, delivering nutritious meals and upholding food safety standards.

The position runs 26.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:45, across 39.2 weeks per year. You will manage the day-to-day kitchen operations, lead kitchen colleagues and ensure excellent customer service to pupils, staff and visitors while maintaining accurate

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a School Chef or similar catering role.
• Experience in a school or commercial kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens and health & safety requirements.
