Vertas is seeking a dedicated School Chef to lead a school kitchen at Westwood Infant & Nursery. The role involves preparing and serving meals, managing the kitchen daily, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

It offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00, 39.2 weeks per year, with a pay rate of £13.77 per hour. You will lead kitchen colleagues, manage stock and budgets, maintain records, and deliver excellent service to pupils, staff, and visitors, while upholding

Formación

• Experience as School Chef or similar catering role.
• Experience in a school or commercial kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergens.
