Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council is recruiting for a role handling preparation, cooking and service of food and beverages in schools and community facilities. The position operates term-time with hours 11:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, and may include flexible or weekend working.

Qualifications

• This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the PVG Scheme (Scotland) Act 2007.
• Must join PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
• Overseas Criminal Record Check required if spent 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years.
• A confirmed offer of employment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
• Minimum one reference from your current or most recent employer.

• Role may require flexible and weekend working.
