Job summary

Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the ICT team, delivering end-to-end IT support across our 38 schools. The role will focus on both primary and secondary IT services and will require flexibility to work between Teesside schools and occasional days at St Francis Xavier Secondary School (Richmond) to cover absences.

Qualifications

• A relevant ICT qualification or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in a technical support role, including hardware/software/operations and systems.
• Understanding of networks and experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP & DNS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT services and user support across 38 schools, with a focus on primary and secondary IT needs.
• Work between Teesside Primary/Secondary Schools and occasional days at St Francis Xavier Secondary School (Richmond) to cover absences.
