You will support the HR Operations Manager with recruitment administration, workforce records, payroll changes and compliance across one or more schools.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR or People Services is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding tasks.
• Maintain workforce records and payroll changes.
• Ensure Safer Recruitment and compliance processes are completed.
• Support the HR Operations Manager and Trust Recruitment Lead to deliver a high-quality HR service.
