Job summary

Sydenham School in Lewisham is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the Head of HR in delivering a comprehensive HR service across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, DBS compliance, contracts, records and statutory returns.

You will handle a broad range of HR activities with organisation, discretion and IT proficiency, building strong relationships with staff at all levels and providing a responsive, customer-focused service. Experience in a school environment is beneficial.

• Payroll processing and DBS compliance knowledge.
