Academics Ltd is recruiting an experienced HR Officer for an outstanding secondary school in the Borough of Ealing, West London. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, safer recruitment checks and staff records.

You will support managers with HR queries, coordinate DBS checks, safeguarding records and ensure policy compliance. Salary between 33,492 and 34,482 GBP; full-time hours, 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Previous experience as an HR Officer, ideally in a school.
• Knowledge of education HR and safer recruitment.
• Understanding of DBS and safeguarding procedures.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and safer recruitment checks.
• Maintain staff records and HR databases.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters and employment documents.
• Support managers with HR queries and administration.
• Coordinate DBS checks, references and safeguarding records.
• Ensure compliance with KCSIE and school policies.
