Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for staff.
• Administer payroll using the payroll portal and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) and conduct DBS checks as required.
• Assist with HR policies, TUPE, grievances and other HR matters.
• Liaise with line managers to manage sickness absence and attendance reporting.
• Produce HR reports and maintain accurate staff records using ICT systems.
