MyNewTerm is seeking an organized HR Officer to support the Trust's three schools with people and HR functions. You will be involved in recruitment, safer recruitment, maintaining personnel records and ensuring employment documentation is completed promptly and in line with requirements.

You will provide guidance on HR policies, support managers with employee relations, and help foster a positive, inclusive working environment.

Formación

• HR experience in education or school settings preferred.
• Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification; Level 5 desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment and safer recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and employment documentation.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures, and support managers with ER matters.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment.

CIPD Level 3 qualification
