Kimbolton School is seeking a confident People Officer to join our HR Team. You will provide practical HR advice to managers on employee relations, attendance, performance, recruitment and development, helping us improve the employee experience.

You’ll work alongside the HR Manager and Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator, bringing sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach to a busy role in a school setting.

• Provide HR advice and support to managers on employee relations, attendance and development.
• Support the HR team with recruitment and general HR administration.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach in a busy school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to managers on HR matters across the School.
• Work with the HR Manager and HR Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to support processes.
• Ensure safeguarding considerations are integrated into recruitment and HR practices.
